The draft law on the 2017 Luxemborg tax reform was presented to Parliament on 26 July 2016. Taxand Luxembourg outlines the main tax changes to both companies and individuals based on the draft law.

 

While most of the tax measures to be introduced are in line with the announcements made by the Government earlier this year, some measures are new while others have evolved, like the planned limitation to the carry forward of tax losses which is no longer as restrictive as previosuly announced.
