Biography

Lauren Argue is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s US and Canadian M&A Tax. She specializes in performing tax due diligence, tax structuring and financial modeling on a variety of complex transactions including cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Lauren worked for a Canadian Big 4 accounting firm. She is passionate about continuing to develop both her Canadian and US tax technical expertise.
