Last week, we welcomed the third cohort of the Junior Partner Taxandays programme in Warsaw, marking an important milestone for the initiative: more than 100 junior partners from across Taxand have now participated in Taxandays since its launch.
Highlights from Warsaw
🎤 Masterclass: Excellence & Presenting with Impact
Participants took part in an interactive masterclass focused on strengthening their communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
🤝 Networking & Relationship Building
Through dedicated networking sessions, social activities, and informal discussions, participants had the opportunity to expand their international network and build relationships that will support future collaboration across jurisdictions.
🌍 Meet the Taxand EMEA Committee
Junior partners met with members of the Taxand EMEA Committee to discuss the future of the network, leadership opportunities, and ways to become more involved in Taxand’s strategic initiatives.
🍸 Taxand Transfer Pricing Conference Cocktail
Several participants also joined the Transfer Pricing Conference cocktail reception, providing an additional opportunity to connect with Taxanders and clients from across the region.
Looking Ahead
The Junior Partner Taxandays programme continues to invest in the next generation of Taxand leaders by creating opportunities to learn, connect, and collaborate across borders.
