Biography

I graduated from Rennes University and did one year at Exeter (UK).

I started to work at Arsene 12 years ago as a first job and never knew anything else. I am doing corporate tax, M&A and PE. Transactional operations correspond to half of my time. I have very large range of clients, from SME’s to quoted companies together with investment funds.

Recently, I developed practice in restructuring, in cooperation with financing firms such as Accuracy.
