Biography

Sander is a partner at Taxand Nederland and is a member of the Compensation Tax team.

 

Sander is a tax consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the field of global mobility, expatriates, 30% -ruling, (international) wage tax, (international) social security, “Work-related costs scheme” and employee benefits. He advises clients on their Global Mobility function, from an operational point of view, but also with a view to the strategic positioning of Global Mobility within the company. This includes planning, structuring and compliance in the field of taxes and social security, policies and processes. Sander also has extensive experience in the area of ​​share-related remuneration structures (employees and management), both in terms of advice and implementation.

 

Sander is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). He speaks regularly at seminars and provides internal courses and workshops for clients.
