Biography
Permana is based in Taxand Indonesia where he is the Managing Partner of PB Taxand.
His expertise includes assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, representation in the tax disputes related to transfer pricing matters, application of Mutual Agreement Procedure and Advance Pricing Agreement related to Transfer Pricing cases.
Permana serves as Secretary General of Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia Kompartemen Akuntan Pajak since 2014. He is an avid speaker local and international Transfer Pricing Summit. He was cited by the Legal Media Group as the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors in Indonesia.
Before deciding to focus in transfer pricing, his experience ranging from becoming a government auditor with the Ministry of Finance – Republic of Indonesia, financial auditor, and financial advisor.
