Biography
Nicolas is a Partner in the Corporate Implementation department of ATOZ.
A professional in his field since 2000, Nicolas has experience in the implementation of complex corporate structures dealing with multiple jurisdictions and advisers. Nicolas has strong experience in advising sophisticated investors, private equity firms and multinational corporations on aspects of complex corporate structurings, LBO, M&A transactions and financial restructurings. He has extensive experience in the set-up and operation of regulated and unregulated funds.
Nicolas is a member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
He holds a post-graduate degree in European and International Business Law from the University of Valenciennes (France). Nicolas also holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Lille (France).
He speaks French, English and Spanish.
