Nathalie is based at Arsene, Taxand France, where she has been a Tax partner since 2020.
Since 2008, Nathalie has specialised in VAT and indirect tax. She has worked with French and international customers operating in all sectors of activity (such as luxury, e-commerce, tech & services, mass distribution, tourism, real estate, pharmaceutical, financial and insurance services), in line with the wide-ranging activities of the firm. She has developed specific know-how in different areas:
– Indirect tax advice (VAT, payroll taxes, C3S, indirect contributions),
– Review and securing of the supply chain (goods and / or services),
– Implementation of specific VAT / Customs regimes,
– Decision trees / ERP settings (details on invoice),
– VAT / DEB / DES consistency review,
– Assistance in tax audits and litigation before the courts
She has also acquired experience with high added value in computerised taxation (tax dematerialisation of invoices, PAF, CFCI & fiscal archiving, FEC, compliance of cash register software).
Beyond her practice, Nathalie is the author of the first book exclusively dedicated to VAT in operations of goods and services in E-commerce, entitled “VAT and E-commerce, a practical guide”, published by LexisNexis in 2022 (available in French only).
She regularly publishes articles in her field of expertise (Les Echos, Le Figaro, Option Finance, DAF Magazine, Tourmag, E-commerce Mag, Revue de Droit Fiscal) and has also appeared on BFM Business (Brexit and E-commerce).
