Biography
Mee Lee is an Executive Director of Tricor Taxand. She graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree and is a member of MICPA and CTIM. She has extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance work for local corporations, multinationals and individuals, including tax planning, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, remuneration planning, etc. She has worked with clients in diverse industries including oil and gas, trading, manufacturing, information technology, real estate, automotive and logistics. Mee Lee also has significant experience dealing with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) in advising on and structuring of tax incentives for Malaysia’s new economic zones. She is a regular speaker at seminars and has written articles for various tax and accounting journals.
