Biography
Maciej is a partner in the indirect tax team at CRIDO. He is a VAT expert advising Polish and foreign entities from key sectors, in particular companies with a limited right to deduct input VAT. He implemented projects involving the analysis of application of right VAT rates by business, especially in the retail sector and allowing for increasing the effectiveness of tax processes and helped to introduce more efficient tax processes, e.g. by implementing the VAT pro rata or claiming and receiving tax refunds. In his professional practice he combines tax advisory services with regulatory advice and VAT counseling on M&A deals. He has been involved in the consulting industry for many years and his experience mainly includes work for The Big Four advisory firms. He is a licensed tax advisor.
