Biography

Kelvin is based in Taxand Indonesia where he is a Partner.

Kelvin concentrates primarily on tax litigation services. He has extensive experience in all level of tax disputes from Tax Audit to Judicial Review Process in Supreme Court. In addition to that, he also deals with other tax services such as Global Bond issuance, Tax Advisory and Tax Due Diligence projects. Fast-moving consumers goods, energy, healthcare, plantation, and manufacturing are some of industries that have been served with their complex taxation issues.

Expanding his knowledge, Kelvin has participated in various Taxand School events, tax training locally as well as internationally. He holds professional tax consultant and attorney licenses Level C. He is a member of Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) and  Indonesian Accountant Association – Tax Accounting Compartment ( Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia Kompartemen Akuntan Pajak )
