Biography

John Troth is a Partner in Leo Berwick’s US M&A Tax Practice. John has significant experience providing US tax advisory and structuring services. He has developed particular expertise with respect to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, including providing tax due diligence, structuring and modeling assistance. During his career, John has provided advice to US and non-US investors, including stated owned (i.e., Section 892), foreign pension plan, private equity and strategic investors. John has led projects and has a depth of experience in various industries, including infrastructure, renewable energy, waste management, healthcare, consumer products, information technology and software.
