Biography
Widely regarded as an expert indirect tax lawyer, Jennee specialises in stamp duty and GST.
She advises a wide range of clients across all Australian jurisdictions, with an emphasis on property and infrastructure projects, M&A, energy and natural resources projects and corporate restructures.
Jennee’s broad practice and excellent technical ability put her in a unique position to assist clients with complex tax issues, including due diligences, structuring and implementing transactions, contract drafting and liaising with revenue authorities.
Jennee is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Taxation Committee of the Property Council of Australia (Victoria division). She is also a board member of Positive Media Incorporated.
