Biography

Jean-Michel Degée has over twenty years of experience in the practice of tax law. He advises in corporate taxation, specifically with respect to corporate reorganisations, international tax planning and taxation of remunerations.

Jean-Michel has significant experience in tax litigation and has been retained for numerous complex tax disputes, including on transfer pricing and sectoral taxes.

Jean-Michel is listed as a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 rankings. He teaches tax aspects of corporate reorganisations at the Université de Liège (ULg), has published numerous papers on tax law and is a regular speaker at conferences.

Jean-Michel holds a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1997) and a tax law degree from KU Leuven (1998).
