Biography

Jacek is a partner at Transaction Services and head of the team responsible for financial due diligence projects. He has been involved in transaction advisory services for many years. He has advised on more than 100 transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. Jacek supports corporate clients and private equity funds by carrying out financial, commercial and operational due diligence projects, as well as synergy analyses and valuations. He has extensive experience in the following industries: medical services, business services, retail and consumer goods. Before joining CRIDO, Jacek worked for 8 years in the transaction team of PwC where he was responsible for supporting private equity funds in their investment processes and developing in-house competencies in the healthcare sector. Jacek has extensive experience in business, with the last few years spent in senior management positions.
