Biography
Elviana is based in Taxand Indonesia where she is the partner of Transfer Pricing Division of PB Taxand. She has extensive experiences in handling transfer pricing matters in various industries such as automotive, pharmacy and consumer goods. She provides advice on transfer pricing policies and business restructuring for Multinational clients.
Elviana has assisted several clients in preparing Master File/Local File documentation, APA and MAP process. She has also involved in the disputes process which includes tax audit, objection and tax appeal process.
Prior to joining PB Taxand, Elviana has worked for 10 years in US tax consulting firms based in San Jose providing advices on tax matters and preparing returns for individual, corporate, partnership, trusts, and estate taxes.
