Biography

Antonella is a Director at TMF Management and Administrative Services (Malta) Limited.

Antonella is a Certified Public Accountant graduated with a first degree from the University of Malta in 2010 and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. She has embarked on her career as an auditor with a Big 4 audit firm in 2010 and has moved in 2014 to engage within the finance and regulatory reporting function of a credit institution. She then joined Avanzia Taxand in 2016.

Antonella manages the accounting and financial reporting function and deals with a number of international clients from various sectors including wealth management and investments companies, amongst others. She also provides assistance with technical matters including compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and local accounting standards.

During her tenure at Avanzia Taxand which has since October 2024 merged into TMF Malta, Antonella specialised in local and international tax matters, compliance, corporate taxation, tax planning, corporate restructuring and advises a number of clients in her areas of knowledge.

Antonella is also conversant with corporate matters, management and administration of companies.
