Biography
Antoine is a Partner in the International and Corporate Tax department of ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2008, Antoine has experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, focusing on the private equity, real estate, and alternative investment sectors, as well as multinational corporations. He advises a wide range of international investors on tax matters of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and divestures.
Antoine is a CFA Charterholder, and is a member of the INREV Tax Committee.
Antoine is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert-Comptable”). He holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).
He speaks French and English.
