Biography
Xaver Ditz is a Taxand Board member. He is based in Taxand Germany, where he is a partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn. Xaver is a tax advisor (Steuerberater) and became a partner with FGS in 2005.
His areas of specialisation include the taxation of corporate groups, international tax law, transfer pricing, tax audits and MAPs.
Xaver is a lecturer at the University of Trier and the University of Zürich (LL.M. program), and a guest lecturer at the Bundesfinanzakademie (German Federal Finance Academy). In addition, he is a member of the Fachinstitut der Steuerberater (German Institute of Certified Tax Advisors) and co-editor of the German trade journal “Internationale Steuer-Rundschau”.
