Biography

I am a tax lawyer and a partner in Garrigues, Taxand Spain, and have been advising companies and individuals on tax matters since 1994.

I specialize in international taxation, particularly Spanish investments abroad, foreign investments in Spain and the taxation of nonresidents.

I regularly assist multinational groups with M&A transactions, restructurings, transfer pricing matters, mutual agreement procedures, advance pricing agreements and tax inspections.

I am a frequent speaker on international tax topics and have lectured at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad San Pablo CEU.

I am also co-author of the International Tax Handbook, contributor to numerous publications on tax law and international trade and I coordinate Garrigues’ annual Guide to Business in Spain.
