Biography
Thibaut is a Partner and Head of Indirect Tax within ATOZ.
He has more than 9 years of experience in indirect tax issues in the fields of financial services and real estate. His areas of expertise also include e-commerce, aviation for national and international clients as well as industrial and distribution sectors.
Thibaut is a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of the Luxembourg Banking Association (ABBL) as well as a member of the VAT Committee of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
He holds an executive master’s in Tax management from Solvay Brussels School (Belgium). Thibaut also holds a master’s degree in Environmental law and town planning law from the Saint-Louis University (Belgium). He holds a master’s degree in European law and a master’s degree in Law from the University of Louvain (Belgium). Thibaut has a certification in Luxembourg tax.
He speaks French and English.
