Biography

An experienced tax lawyer, Simon has significant expertise advising on tax aspects of M&A, restructuring, inbound investment and employment.

He advises Australian and international clients in a range of industries, including on cross border transactions, and also has extensive experience in establishing and advising on employee share and option plans.

Simon is a fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia.
