Biography

I’m the Head of the Travers Smith Tax Department and advise private capital and asset management clients on a wide range of transactional tax matters.

My clients also include management teams backed by financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.

I co-founded and remain a member of the Travers Smith Enable Group, our disability network group. I’m also a member of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) Main Tax Committee, as well as the Corporate and Personal Tax Committees.
