With a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, corporate restructures, property development, capital raisings and infrastructure projects (public private partnerships), he has advised on a number of significant deals for high profile clients including BP Australia, National Australia Bank, Southern Cross Austereo, Accenture, Coca-Cola European Partners, the Victorian and Queensland Governments and Macquarie.
