Pavo Djedović is based in Taxand Croatia where he is a partner at LeitnerLeitner.
He is an auditor and tax advisor with around 25 years of experience. He is specialised in international tax law and corporate tax law with a special focus on Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He has been engaged in international M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as tax planning projects, i.e. tax optimised structuring after reorganisations.
In the area of corporate taxation his experience includes industries such as retail, food and manufacturing. He provided tax consulting and documentation services in connection with international reorganizations, litigations before tax authorities as well as tax audits and other inquiries by tax authorities.
He accompanied several inbound investments of companies/international groups into CEE-countries.
He is a member of German, Austrian and Croatian chambers of commerce and also takes roles at their boards of directors. He regularly holds lectures, especially on investments in the region.
