Biography
Patxi is a partner in the tax practice area at the Bilbao office. With 19 years’ professional experience, he is a specialist in the areas of transfer pricing, transactions and business restructurings.
Specifically, he has broad experience in the design of operating models and transfer pricing policies for large and multinational enterprises from a wide range of industries.
He has also advised on numerous company sales and purchases (M&A). In addition, he has led diverse several tax audit proceedings.
He has worked for large multinational and local clients in myriad industries, advising them on domestic – at both on matters subject to the Basque tax regime as well as to the Spanish Mainland Territory one – and international tax matters.
He is a lecturer in postgraduate programs at Universidad de Deusto and a member of the Guipuzcoa Bar Association.
