Biography

Olivier is a Partner in the International and Corporate Tax department of ATOZ.

Olivier, a tax professional since 1994, is one of the pioneers in structuring Luxembourg based Pan-European real estate funds and tax advisory. He has held a number of senior technical and management positions and advises international groups on the design and implementation of global tax strategies with particular emphasis on global private equity and real estate funds.

Olivier has been a board member of the Luxembourg’s Association of Chartered Accountants OEC ( “ Ordre des Experts- Comptables ” ). He is also a board member of the Directors and Tax Committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA). He is also a member of Invest Europe.

Olivier holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Management School of the University of Liège (HEC, Belgium) and post-graduate degrees in Tax Law and Quantitative Method applied to Finance.

He speaks French, English, Italian and Spanish.
