Biography
Olivier is a founding Partner of ATOZ and a Partner in the Corporate Implementation department.
He has extensive experience in the supervision and coordination of the implementation of complex corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions and advisers.
Prior to joining ATOZ, Olivier advised a broad range of international clients in the financial and industrial sectors. He has also been extensively involved in supervisory functions in the domiciliation and corporate compliance departments.
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg (France).
He speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
