Norbert Schrottmeyer, a partner at Taxand Austria, LeitnerLeitner since 2008, is an auditor and tax advisor. He worked in the tax department of a Big Four company in Vienna until 2007, and before that was an auditor with the revenue office in Horn (Lower Austria) for about a year.

His main areas of focus are international tax law, group tax law, transfer pricing and transactional services. Another key areas are criminal tax law and procedural law.

Norbert Schrottmeyer is a member of the Tax Law Senate of the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and is on the Fiscal & Legal Policy committee of the Federation of Austrian Industries. He regularly publishes and lectures on topics relating to tax and criminal tax law and also chairs the annual Criminal Tax Law Forum in Vienna.
