Biography

Noemi is a lawyer and certified tax advisor at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn and Düsseldorf since 2018. Noemi supports clients in transfer pricing, business restructurings and valuation issues and has particular experience in representing multinational businesses in transfer pricing tax audits and assisting clients in requesting mutual agreement (MAP) or arbitration procedures, bilateral advance pricing agreemtents (APA) or tax rulings as well as supporting in joint audits. She also assists clients in litigating domestic out-of-court or court tax disputes proceedings with focus on international tax or transfer pricing issues.

Further, she deliver speeches on transfer pricing and dispute resolution in international tax law and regularly publishes articles in a variety of renowned commentaries and journals. Noemi’s thesis addresses possibilities to improve dispute resolution in international tax law and has received several domestic and international awards, including the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize from the International Fiscal Association in 2018.

Prior to joining Flick Gocke Schaumburg Noemi was employed at several leading national and international law firms with focus on company and tax law in Düsseldorf and Essen.
