Biography

Michal specializes in transfer pricing since 2005. He has a wide experience in local and international projects related to inter-company settlements. Involved in numerous projects related to transfer pricing structuring and implementation of transfer pricing models, assistance in transfer pricing audits performed by tax authorities, permanent establishment profit allocation or benchmarking analyses and valuations (including intangibles). He started his career in transfer pricing at PwC.

Michal advised in particular for energy, telecommunication and media industries.

Michal graduated from Szkoła Główna Handlowa in Warsaw (Warsaw School of Economics) where he got a degree in finance and accounting.
