Biography
Michael is based in Taxand South Africa where he is an executive and chartered accountant at ENSafrica. He specialises in the tax implications of domestic and offshore financing structures and investments, as well as advising on the implementation of specialised banking and investment products.
He has acted for clients in the financial service industry, manufacturing and retail sectors.
Michael’s experience includes tax compliance and risk management services. He also has been involved in successfully obtaining tax rulings from the South African Revenue Service.
Michael is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
