Biography
Marcus Oliver Mick is based in Taxand Germany, where he is a partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Frankfurt. He is a qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and tax advisor (Steuerberater).
Marcus has a well recognised reputation in international tax law and practice. He specialises in cross-border corporate tax advice and has been involved in numerous large restructuring projects, acquisition structurings and joint ventures.
Marcus gives lectures at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University Frankfurt/Main, is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and regularly publishes articles in national and international professional journals. He is a member of the German bar and a member of the IFA.
