Biography
Mui Lee is the Senior Executive Director of Tricor Taxand. She manages and leads the Tricor Taxand Team. Mui Lee graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She is a Council Member of CTIM and a member of CPA Australia and MIA. She is also a licensed tax agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967. Mui Lee has extensive experience in the restructuring of companies, mergers and acquisitions, outbound and inbound investments, tax risk management, group tax reviews, tax dispute resolutions as well as transfer pricing assignments. Mui Lee speaks regularly at noteworthy tax conferences in Malaysia and abroad. She also actively participates in public consultations with the Ministry of Finance and the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board on various tax measures and initiatives.
