Biography

I joined BMB PARTNERS in 2000 and am a licensed tax advisor specializing in international taxation of multinational enterprises (MNEs), transfer pricing—including APA and MAP procedures—and tax litigation, with a focus on corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT.

With 25 years of experience, primarily working with multinational clients in the automotive industry, I provide advisory services on transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and tax proceedings. I manage and negotiate unilateral and multilateral APAs, represent clients in tax disputes, and lead a team of tax advisors.

Additionally, I am a member of the tax litigation team. I serve as a member of the consulting body of the Slovak Ministry of Finance for corporate income tax legislation and as Vice-Chairman of the Slovak Branch of the International Fiscal Organisation. I am also frequently invited to speak as a lecturer at professional seminars and conferences. I speak Slovak, German, and English.
