Biography
Judita Kuchtová is a partner with BMB PARTNERS, based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
With more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory, Judita specializes in international taxation, corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing, including APA and MAP procedures, and provides support in domestic and international tax audits. In recent years, she has been involved in several major APA and MAP cases and her professional expertise ranks her among leading Slovak experts in this field.
Judita a licensed tax advisor works mostly with international clients.
She graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia in 1999. Her professional career started at the Tax Office Bratislava. In 2020, she joined BMB PARTNERS as a junior consultant and gradually worked her way up to the partner position.
Apart from her professional activities with BMB PARTNERS, she is a member of the consulting body of the Slovak Ministry of Finance for Corporate Income Tax legislation, a leading expert at the Tax Forum of the German-Slovak Chamber of Industry and Commerce and is often invited to speak as a lecturer at professional seminars and conferences.
