Biography

Jochen Bahns is based in Taxand Germany, where he is a partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn. Jochen is a qualified attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) and tax advisor (Steuerberater).

His areas of specialisation include the taxation of corporate groups, domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, tax audits, tax litigation, MAPs, and the structuring of inbound and outbound investments.

Jochen is a guest lecturer at the Bundesfinanzakademie (German Federal Finance Academy).
