Biography
Jens Schoenfeld is based in Taxand Germany where he is a partner with Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn. Jens is a qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and certified tax lawyer and holds a degree in econnomics.
Jens brings considerable experience related to all aspects of international and European tax law. His practice also covers national and cross-border reorganisations including exit taxation, the taxation of family-owned businesses, and tax litigation.
Jens is a guest lecturer at the Bundesfinanzakademie (German Federal Finance Academy), a lecturer at the University of Osnabrück and editor of the journal “Internationales Steuerrecht“ (International Tax Law Review). He is also member of the executive board and advisory committee of the Deutsche Steuerjuristische Gesellschaft (German Tax Law Society) and member of the International Fiscal Association.
