Biography
Janne Juusela is a Partner and head of tax practice at Taxand Finland, Borenius Attorneys Ltd. Janne specialises in tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, international tax law and tax litigation.
Janne is ranked as a leading tax lawyer in Finland. He is an adjunct professor of tax law at the University of Helsinki.
Prior to joining Borenius Janne worked at a Big4 firm and the Finnish Ministry of Finance. He has Authored books on tax law and articles in Finnish and international publications. Co-author of the “Corporate taxation I-II.”
