Biography

I am a partner in Travers Smith’s Tax Department, specialising in tax advice on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and management equity incentive arrangements.

I advise many of our firm’s key asset manager and corporate clients on all tax aspects of transactions including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, sales, financing transactions, corporate reorganisations, debt and equity restructuring, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements.

I have particular experience in advising senior management teams of larger private equity backed groups at all stages of the investment cycle and I advise on matters relating to global mobility in this context.

I am a member of the City of London Law Society’s Revenue Law Committee. I am listed as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the Legal 500 2024 and am also ranked in Chambers and Partners 2024.
