Biography
Gustav van den Berg is a manager in ENSafrica’s tax department.
He has in-depth expertise in the tax regimes of a number of African jurisdictions, including Tanzania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Uganda, Kenya and South Africa.
Gustav’s experience includes advising clients on setting and reviewing their tax strategies and transactions from a technical tax perspective, as well as drafting opinions on a variety of corporate tax issues, and preparing responses to and liaising with the South African Revenue Service.
In addition, he is experienced in tax compliance and risk management, as well as international and cross-border tax issues, including transfer pricing.
