Frédéric Donnedieu de Vabres is the Chairman of Taxand.
He is also a Founder and former Managing Partner of Arsene, an independent Tax Firm, set up in January 2004, specialising in corporate national and international tax matters. Arsene now has over 150 tax lawyers offering tailored solutions to clients and was one of the founding members of Taxand in 2005.
He has been a tax specialist for more than 35 years during which time he has held senior positions within Andersen. He was the Andersen Managing Partner between 1999 and 2003.
Frédéric is a recognised expert in transactions. He advises private equity funds, multinational groups and private clients on the design and implementation of both local and global tax strategies.
He advises on a recurring basis key international players in the service industry, food and retail sectors.
Frédéric is a qualified tax lawyer. He is member of the IFA (International Tax Association). He is the chairman of the audit committee of the “Fondation de France”, a Board member of the “Institut Curie” and the chairman of the Arsene Foundation.
He is fluent in French and English.
