Biography

Fabrizio Lolliri is a Managing Director and Global Head of Transfer Pricing with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC in New York. He brings more than 20 years of experience in transfer pricing.

 

Mr. Lolliri focuses his transfer pricing advisory services on supporting clients with business models, future strategy and the ability to comply with fast changing transfer pricing and tax rules. This is particularly important today, in the face of ongoing and new challenges that impact future growth opportunities and increased scrutiny by tax authorities.

 

Mr. Lolliri has managed complex transfer pricing and general tax matters across jurisdictions that include China, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Switzerland, the U.K. and the U.S. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including life sciences, consumer products, and technology, often focusing on intellectual property and supply chain planning.

 

Mr. Lolliri led several large supply chain transformational projects in the Americas that enabled clients to significantly increase overall enterprise value and transform their structures to achieve better growth and synergies. His background in science, biotech and engineering lets him draw on sophisticated analytical tools and methods that produce financial models that reflect the complex nature of large corporations’ intra-group arrangements.

 

Prior to rejoining A&M, Mr. Lolliri spent the eight years with Hogan Lovell as Global Head of Transfer Pricing. Prior to that, he was Group Head of Transfer Pricing for France Telecom and Orange. He has also worked in the Big Four. A published author, Mr. Lolliri edited the 2013 and 2018 editions of Tolley’s Transfer Pricing.
