Biography

I am a Junior Partner of Alma LED, based in Milan. I have over 12 years of activity assisting clients in the corporate tax field. I have gained experience in M/A transactions as well as in real estate transactions.

I graduated in Law (Università degli Studi of Milan – Italy) and, after my period of internship, I was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2015.

I joined Deloitte in 2011 and then Fantozzi & Associati Law Firm in 2016. I decided to be part of the project which led to the birth of LED Taxand, as a spin-off of Fantozzi & Associati, in 2018. In June 2023, together with the rest of the Firm, I joined Alma LED.
