Biography
Elina Filippou is a partner of our tax practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2003 and joined our firm in 2004.
Elina specialises in transfer pricing, business restructurings and corporate international tax. She commonly advises on the implementation of global transfer pricing policies, including documentation and reporting requirements, and assists clients in assessing, managing and planning related transfer pricing issues. She has extensive experience in transfer pricing documentation and dispute resolution, and regularly advises on the full scope of tax issues surrounding intra-group transactions. Elina also has extensive experience in the structuring and implementation of business restructurings and M&As, involving both domestic and international clients. In this context, she regularly assists clients in planning, negotiating and structuring reorganisations in a tax efficient manner, taking into consideration local tax requirements. She also advises multinationals on the full scope of corporate tax issues inherent to the conduct of business in Greece.
Elina is admitted before the Court of Appeals. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2003 and joined our firm in 2004.
