Biography

Christoph is an Associated Partner with Flick Gocke Schaumburg since 2023, based in Frankfurt/Main. He is a Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) and Expert Advisor on International Tax Law (Fachberater für Internationaes Steuerrecht). He advises on a wide range of tax matters including reorganizations, financing/structuring and M&A transactions. His main focus on cross border corporate structuring and reorganizations. He studied business administration in Mainz (2012 Diplom-Kaufmann, 2016 Dr. rer. pol.) and London.

Christoph is a lecturer at the University of Münster in LL.M. program “Tax Sciences” and a lecturer for advanced training program for Expert Advisor on International Tax Law at Fachseminare von Fürstenberg.
