Biography

I am a Partner in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ in Luxembourg. I joined ATOZ in 2015.
I have over 15 years of experience in advising alternative investment fund managers across all asset classes and in structuring Pan-European alternative investment funds for institutional investors. I advise a wide range of international clients on direct tax aspects of cross-border transactions, set-up of investment structures, reorganizations and exit planning.
After graduating from Europa Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt with a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tax Law and from Reims Management School with a Master II in Business Administration, I started my career in the tax department of Ernst & Young in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining ATOZ, I also worked in the tax department of a local Luxembourg law firm for 2 years.
