Biography

Celia Becker is an Executive at ENS, and an expert in Africa regulatory and business intelligence. She specialises in advising large multi-nationals expanding into Africa on the tax efficient structuring of investments, country risk profiles and tax and regulatory compliance requirements of countries throughout Africa, as well as the in-country application of legislative provisions.

She has vast experience in liaising with local counsel in African jurisdictions and ensuring, where required, the management and quality-checking of legal advice, assuring clients of the highest level of service.

Celia is a South African-qualified Chartered Accountant . She started her career as an International Tax Advisor at a Big 4 accounting firm and spent six years at a multi-national construction company as Country Risk Director. She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and is a regular contributor of African jurisdictional content to various publications.
