Biography
Aristo is based in Taxand Indonesia where he is the Vice Managing Partner.
Aristo is a professional tax advisor with more than 16 years experience in handling numerous tax assignment for local company and foreign investment company.
His expertise among others are in tax consultation, merger and acquisition, tax disputes, tax review, tax due diligence, cross border transactions, bonds issuance and corporate initial public offering.
He is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) with Brevet C Certification.
