Biography
Andrey Tereschenko is based in Taxand Russia where he is a partner with Pepeliaev Group. Andrey focuses on tax law and has a high level of expertise in providing advice to major Russian and foreign companies on a wide range of tax issues.
As a tax advisor, Andrey has participated in consulting activities related to taxation, tax planning, tax audit and due diligence projects, litigation experience involving judicial protection of legal entities in courts of arbitration and other state authorities. He has also participated in a number of projects for FMCG companies regarding analysis of the tax consequences of marketing surveys and advertising campaigns involving gratuitous distribution of goods to potential consumers.
Andrey’s tax practice group is also engaged in projects with a number of overseas consultants. Andrey is recognised by authoritative international legal guidebooks The Legal 500, EMEA, Tax Directors Handbook as a highly recommended expert in tax law.
