Biography

Andrey Nikonov is based in Taxand Russia where he is a senior partner with Pepeliaev Group.

 

Andrey has significant experience of advising major Russian and foreign companies on the calculation and payment of taxes. He provides advice on a broad range of tax issues, in particular relating to the calculation and payment of profit tax, VAT, mineral extraction tax and the unified social tax.

 

Andrey provides legal support in relation to the taxation of projects involving the conclusion and implementation of production sharing agreements, M&A transactions with the participation of transnational companies and major investment projects. Andrey Nikonov has extensive experience of handling tax disputes in court.
